Willy Nilly had no hair
Many people found this silly
For there was not a single sprig
And no, he’d never worn a wig!
Left without strands upon his head
People laughed— oh, the things they said!
He must be cold, and he must be lonely
And was he naked?! Where was his clothing?
But to them, he paid no heed
Because he knew there was no need
For any man-made coverings
And so he ignored their mutterings
He was not fat, and he was not tall
And he was not skinny, nor was he small
He was but just an ordinary bear
Just one without hair anywhere
But all day long, in the sun
As the guests were baking
Willy Nilly sat in the zoo
Nice and cool, and waving
